We are currently developing a series of workshops that will sensitively tutor participants to take ownership of making their own burial shroud. Facing the temporary nature of our own being, can help participants to confront any fears about death and dying.
Participants will generate personal imagery that will be conveyed onto fabric using materials and techniques which are compatible with natural burial requirements and these processes will also connect them to working in harmony with nature. Working with tactile surfaces which may be of personal significance and using everyday processes such as stitching will be life affirming to the participant.
