We use creativity to support health, connection, and emotional well-being. We specialise in using story – personal, mythological, or folkloric- as a starting point for exploration and creative expression, helping people explore emotions, feel seen, valued, and more connected.
We work in partnership with arts and education organisations, hospices, charities, festivals, and community groups. We design workshops and projects exploring identity, grief, belonging, mental health, neurodiversity, and other lived experiences.
Using a combination of mixed media, textiles, photography, video, and expressive writing, we create inclusive, trauma-informed, and therapeutic spaces that nurture reflection, healing, and personal growth.
Based at Phoenix Art Space, Brighton, we can bring together a network of artists to deliver larger collaborative projects.
