We use creativity to support health, connection, and emotional well-being. We specialise in using story – personal, mythological, or folkloric- as a starting point for exploration and creative expression, helping people explore emotions, feel seen, valued, and more connected.
We work in partnership with colleges, hospices, charities, festivals, and community groups. We design workshops and projects exploring identity, grief, belonging, mental health, neurodiversity, and other lived experiences. Using mixed media, textiles, photography, video, and expressive writing, we create inclusive, trauma-informed, and therapeutic spaces that encourage reflection, healing, and personal growth.
Based at Phoenix Art Space Brighton, we can bring together a network of artists to deliver larger collaborative projects.
